My ultrasound report says my right ovary is bulky and there's a 3.2x2.2 cm cyst without septation. Should I be considering surgery for this or will medication be enough to treat it? I'm a bit worried about what this means for my health.

Myomectomy is the procedure advised to the patient.Complications like torsion ,abdominal pain ,bloating sensation can be prevented.Gynaecologist opinion is advised for further management of the cyst.
