I'm 7 months pregnant and dealing with a dry cold and cough. Is it safe for me to take Asthakind DX syrup for this? I'm really worried and would appreciate your advice.

asthakind dx syrup contains mainly contains bromhexine and pheniramine. These can be taken safely in pregnancy. However it is always recommended not to take any tablets except for iron and folic acid during pregnancy. But if the cold and cough is severe then you can take it. However it is best to confirm with your obstetrician once before you take it. They might be start you on some antibiotics like azithromycin which are safe in pregnancy. for now you can take steam inhalation for temporary relief

I've just found out from a scan today that I have a tiny nabothian cyst on my cervix. I'm not really sure what it means and I'm a bit worried because I already have a cyst on my left ovary. Is this nabothian cyst something I should be concerned about? Will it mess with any pregnancy treatments I'm planning on having? Please, I could really use some advice!

I have a 6.56 cm chocolate cyst in my left ovary and really don't want surgery can diet and exercise help shrink or dissolve it naturally? What options do I have besides going under the knife?
