View allmy doctor says I have spondylolisthesis where the 4th and 5th vertebrae are overlapping and told me to swim for 2 weeks before considering surgery. I've had foot pain for about 3 weeks now is this really something that needs surgery or could it just be routine pain that'll go away on its own?
Spondylolisthesis pain may improve with swimming, core strengthening, and spine therapy;MRI and perseverance determine if surgery is avoided.
