Fruits like apples, banana and pomegranates are a rich source of iron and must be taken each day by anaemic individuals to get those pink cheeks and stay in pink of health. Mulberries and black currants too are iron-rich.

The order by which one looses fat in the body will also vary alot by the individual, there is no one-pattern-fits-all guideline. On a general note, men tend to loose abdominal fat first while women loose fat around hips, buttocks and thighs first.
