Which part of body loses fat first?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Every individual stores fat differently based on their genetics, environmental and lifestyle factors, body type. The order by which one looses fat in the body will also vary alot by the individual, there is no one-pattern-fits-all guideline. On a general note, men tend to loose abdominal fat first while women loose fat around hips, buttocks and thighs first.

How can I effectively lose weight and maintain it for the long term? I've tried different diets and workouts, but my weight keeps fluctuating. What am I missing? Are there any specific routines or dietary changes that might help make my weight loss more sustainable?
To reduce weight, focus on sustainable lifestyle changes: eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily, incorporate physical activity like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming for at least 150 minutes weekly, get 7-8 hours of sleep nightly, and manage stress through meditation or yoga, aiming for a gradual weight loss of 0.5-1 kg per week.

I'm really unsure about whether a vegetarian or non-vegetarian diet is better for a guy my age. I'm aiming to build a strong, fit, muscular body, but right now, I feel a bit weak. My diet is currently vegetarian. Can you advise me on what would be the best approach to achieve my fitness goals?
