I'm 17 and weigh around 72 kg. I've been dealing with what looks like male breasts for about three years, and it's really starting to bother me. I'm not sure if it's gynecomastia or just chest fat, but surgery isn't something I want to consider. Is there any medication or other solutions I could try to help with this?
