View allI accidentally took a double dose of my thyronorm 150 mcg today. What should I do about my next dose? Should I skip it, or is there something specific I should keep an eye out for? I'm a bit unsure about the next steps.

I'm really concerned about my wife's health. She's been diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency at 8.5, and the doctor recommended Calcirol 60K once a week. I'm wondering if she could take D-Rise 60K capsules instead of the Calcirol powder. Also, if the powder is the better option, what would be the ideal time for her to take it? And can she take it with warm water? I'm eager to know.
yes you can take it ,it should be taken along with heavy meal or oily meals cause it increses absorption as it is a fat soluble vitamin
