I am a CAD patient for the past 2 years. My recent lipid profile shows triglycerides of 256 mg/dL, while other values are in the normal range. I am currently taking Atorvastatin 20 mg, Aspirin Clopidogrel 75 mg, Metoprolol 50 mg, and Ramipril 5 mg. Earlier, my triglycerides were around 160 mg/dL, but this time they have risen to 256 mg/dL. What steps should I take to reduce my triglycerides?
