Why are triglycerides high but cholesterol normal?

Homocysteine is elevated at 46.6 micromol/L. Ferritin is high at 613.2 ng/ml. HDL cholesterol is low at 25 mg/dl, triglycerides are high at 227 mg/dl, TC/HDL cholesterol ratio is 7.1, LDL/HDL ratio is 4.6, and VLDL cholesterol is 45.4 mg/dl. I recently had my executive health check up. Most of my reports are normal, but my cholesterol level is slightly high. The doctor advised me to exercise regularly and take Razel 10 mg tablet daily after dinner. I have attached my reports for your reference.
