Doctor, please help me with a diet chart and let me know how to bring down my cholesterol levels? There is some variation in my lipid profile and I have a Vitamin D deficiency. Thanks.

Avoid fried foods, red meat, full fat dairy, and bakery items. Add oats, flax seeds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables, and fruits. Use olive oil or mustard oil in moderation. Include 20 to 30 mins of walking daily. Take Vitamin D rich foods (eggs, fortified milk) and sun exposure.
