B12 levels are associated with brain functions that can diminish if you do not supply your body with enough B12. If the levels drop then the brain might shrink causing dementia & Alzheimer's.

View allI am taking diabetic medication, Uprise D3 weekly, and Rejunex CD3 daily for the last 3 days but I am feeling tired and have a little headache. Do I need to start some medication to increase iron and RBC along with the above medication? My blood report shows iron count 55 and RBC count 4.44.

My blood report shows B12 as 63 indicating deficiency and vitamin D as 11.1 indicating insufficiency. I am a pure vegetarian. Is Supradyn okay for this and do I need to take B12 injections as a supplement?
