I need assistance regarding foods and supplements to help recover my vitamin levels, which are very low according to my recent report (screenshot attached). I have also been experiencing severe back pain since August 2019, and it is been almost a year now. I am not sure what to do. Please suggest some advice or guidance.

For the past two months, I have been experiencing leg and body pain, along with a persistent feeling of tiredness, especially after office hours. This fatigue is significantly affecting both my personal and professional life. I have been regularly taking calcium (Cipcal 500) and multivitamin (ME 12 OD) supplements. I also underwent a complete blood check-up, and all reports, including Vitamin D levels, came back within normal limits.
Despite this, the symptoms persist. I would request suggestions for suitable treatment, homeopathic or Ayurvedic options, if possible. I am also open to allopathic recommendations if needed.

My 5 year daughter has premature white hair around 30. Her B12 test report is 890. Doctor prescribed placentrex gel, octomop tablet two times a week and B complex with vitamin C syrup. I am very worried as her B12 is already high. My husband also had premature white hair in school. Kindly suggest. Should I stop medication? Is any other test required? How to stop white hair?

Why shouldn't let your Vitamin B12 levels drop?

B12 levels are associated with brain functions that can diminish if you do not supply your body with enough B12. If the levels drop then the brain might shrink causing dementia & Alzheimer's.
