These titres suggest low to moderate past exposure or early typhoid. Widal is not very specific, clinical symptoms matter. Consider repeating test or doing Typhidot or blood culture.

Hi, my 7 year old niece is suffering from typhoid with a high fever of 103 to 104 degree. Today her blood report shows a hemoglobin count of 5.9. The pediatrician has given sodium drips and injections to lower the fever, but it is still 101 degree a few hours ago. I am very concerned about the low hemoglobin count.
