A 12 year old female is experiencing red rashes on her legs, which are causing pain. Her blood report shows hemoglobin 7.9. What could be the issue?

Low Hb suggests anemia, possibly iron deficiency. Rashes may relate to allergic or nutritional causes. Iron-rich diet and pediatrician evaluation needed.

View allI got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. My daughter is 5 and a half years old and generally a healthy child. However, for the past 4 months, she has been experiencing a persistent dry cough. The doctor has given antibiotics, which help temporarily, but the cough returns once the medication is stopped. The doctor has advised a blood test. Please look into it and advise.

Today my wife 12 week blood report has come. All values are within the normal range except the WBC count, which is slightly higher than the standard range. The normal range is 4000 to 11000 and her result is 12800. Is this normal?
