After delivery, I have noticed some yellow vaginal discharge. I had a Pap smear test, which came back negative, but the report mentioned mild inflammation. Someone recommended the following medications: Forcan 140, Clingen Forte and Candid Cream. Are these safe to take? Could you suggest alternative or more appropriate treatment if needed?

Yellow discharge with mild inflammation after delivery is common and often due to mild infection or hormonal changes. Since your PAP smear is negative, there is no major issue, just local irritation. The mentioned medicines are typically used for yeast or mixed vaginal infections, but it is best to follow a doctor prescription only. Avoid self medication, dosage and timing matter for recovery.
