After experiencing diarrhea, I often develop swelling in my knees and ankles, along with pain in my neck, elbows, and other joints. Since March, my condition has worsened to the point where I am bedridden, with extreme pain along my spinal cord and swelling in my left knee. My HLA B27 test result came back as weakly positive. What does this mean, and will I be able to recover and return to normal again?

Weakly positive HLA B27 can suggest reactive arthritis. It is treatable with meds and physiotherapy. Many improve with proper care and time.
