After how many days of missing period should we check pregnancy? I missed my period yesterday and today I took the test and it was negative.

The best time to take a pregnancy test is 2 to 3 days after missed period for most accurate results. Taking it on Day 1 may sometimes show a false negative due to low HCG levels. If still no period after 3 to 4 days, repeat test with first morning urine. If still unclear, get a Beta HCG blood test.

I am O positive and my husband is B positive. I am married for one and a half years. Before marriage I had a completely regular period cycle of 29 days. After marriage, in whichever month I had sex, my period gets delayed by 6 to 7 days. In the month in which I do not have sex, periods come in 29 to 31 days. We did not use any pills or condoms. The only method was no inside ejaculation. Now we want a baby. In September month, for the first time he ejaculated inside me. Now I have completely missed my period this October month.
