Hi, my wife missed her periods as well as passing urine frequently and also gets tired so easily. Last period date was 4th April and it was due on 2nd May. As advised by doctor, we have done Total BETA HCG, serum test. We have just received the lab report and the result showing as 19.85 mIU/mL. What does it mean?? Please advise

Today is 8th March, and my period has not come. What should I do? Am I pregnant or not? What is the reason for the negative test?

Yes, beta hCG is usually accurate by the 7th day after a missed period. Fasting is not required for this test.
