I had a frozen embryo transfer on 4th July. Initially, I experienced mild period like cramps, which have now stopped, but I still have occasional mild pelvic and lower back pain. I am taking all my medications as prescribed, including Crinone 8 percent progesterone gel. Since yesterday, I have had a burning sensation while urinating. Can I take a beta HCG test now to check if I am pregnant, or should I wait a few more days? I am really worried, please advise.

My last period date was 21st November. In December, I have not had my period yet. Today is 29th December. Yesterday, I had a beta HCG test, and my report showed 162.8 high, marked in red. My doctor said there is nothing to worry and advised repeating the test after 48 hours. In my UPT test, there was a faint line. I am attaching my beta HCG report. Is my report okay?

After seven days of a missed period, is the beta HCG test report 100 percent accurate? Is fasting required for a beta HCG test?

Yes, beta hCG is usually accurate by the 7th day after a missed period. Fasting is not required for this test.
