Are vitamin B12 injections painful?

No they are not very painful. Depends upon how the phlebotomist is administering it to you.

View allI recently underwent a full body check up and found that I have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies. My report shows: Vitamin B12: 59 pg/mL Vitamin D: 13.6 ng/mL One doctor suggested taking Meconerve injections (1 ampule IM daily for 5 days, then once a week for 4 weeks, followed by once a month for 12 months).
