Attached are my LFT reports. I see that my bilirubin level is much higher than the normal range. What should I do to reduce the bilirubin levels? Should I use any medication? Currently, I am on statin medication for high cholesterol.

High bilirubin levels can occur due to liver inflammation, fatty liver, or medication effects, including statins. It is important not to stop your statin without your doctors advice. To help lower bilirubin, avoid alcohol, drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily, and eat a liver-friendly diet with fruits and vegetables. Avoid oily and processed foods. I had an ultrasound done for gas trouble which I have had for almost 2 years. The ultrasound report shows non visualized right kidney possibly agenesis with compensatory hypertrophy of the left kidney and fatty liver. I do not smoke, I do not drink, and I rarely take medicines. I understand that my right kidney has not grown since childhood. What does this mean for me along with fatty liver?

I have been experiencing regular abdominal pain on both sides. I got a blood test, and my results are as follows: SGOT: 60.9 U/L SGPT: 88.3 U/L Alkaline phosphatase: 179.6 U/L GGT: 187.7 U/L Should I be worried about these results? Do they indicate any serious condition?
