Based on my report, could someone please suggest the best medicine to cure the imbalance in my liver? I am not an alcoholic and I always take a healthy diet. It could be the medicine I have been taking for the past month for my back pain that caused it? Kindly suggest.

Yes, some medications can mildly affect liver function. If you are eating healthy and not drinking, it is likely temporary. Stay hydrated and follow up in a few weeks.
