Can someone please help explain the findings in my attached medical report? I am a 4 year post renal transplant patient, currently also managing diabetes mellitus. I have been on MDR TB treatment for some time now. Over the past week, I have been experiencing constant stomach pain and bloating. I have only had gastric issues once before this episode.

I have been using Candid B cream and coconut oil, which has helped about 80percent of the problem. However, looking for a permanent solution, I have now started taking Fusys 150. I have done an annual health checkup, and my results are as follows: HbA1C 5.7 (pre diabetic), SGPT 118, SGOT 46, LDL cholesterol 107.2, and Vitamin B12 level 164.2. Can you please advise how to bring these test results into acceptable limits and what measures I should follow to control these problems?

I recently underwent a 61 point detailed health checkup. Most of my results were within the normal range, except for bilirubin in the liver function test, which came out to 2.53 mg/dL (normal range: 0 to 2.0 mg/dL).
