Can someone please help explain the findings in my attached medical report? I am a 4 year post renal transplant patient, currently also managing diabetes mellitus. I have been on MDR TB treatment for some time now. Over the past week, I have been experiencing constant stomach pain and bloating. I have only had gastric issues once before this episode.

Given your medical background (renal transplant, diabetes, MDR TB treatment), any abdominal symptoms must be addressed carefully. These could be drug related or GI in origin. Please consult both your nephrologist and a gastroenterologist urgently.

View allThe liver is enlarged, measuring 17.5 cm. No dilated PV or IHBR is noted. There is a thin walled large anechoic cyst in the right lobe measuring 10.5 x 9.3 x 9.6 cm3. No membrane or daughter cyst is noted. Platelets are low at 68,000/cu mm. RBC and WBC counts are also low. My question is, what is the solution to this problem? Is it risky? Please answer me.

Hi Doctor, My ALT is 84.8 and my GGT is 98.1. How can I reduce these levels? I have attached my liver test report. Please check and let me know if I am at risk. Is medication mandatory at these levels? Can a diet plan help reduce them? Is a liver transplant required? Please advise.

About 10 days ago, I tested positive for typhoid. However, I did not have a fever, my main symptoms were weakness, vomiting, and gastric issues. My Typhi Dot IgM was positive, and the titre was slightly elevated. I took Doxcef O for 10 days and also received the typhoid vaccine. Despite this, I still feel like vomiting after eating, and I am experiencing leg pain and overall weakness. This is the first time I have had typhoid, and someone mentioned that I might have become a chronic carrier, which has made me anxious. Is this a serious issue, or can it be fully cured? How long does recovery usually take? I have attached my report for your review.
