Can someone please help me with my report? I am experiencing acidity and digestive problems, along with muscle pain throughout my body. I would appreciate any suggestions on the next steps or treatment.

These could be stress related or nutritional. Avoid heavy, spicy meals. Drink enough water. Frequent movement is the key, avoid sitting at one place for long time. Please consult a doctor with your report, they may review your stomach acid levels, vitamins, or screen for muscular strain. Nothing urgent, but good to get evaluated.

My 16 year old son has been suffering from high fever (104F) and headache for the past 6 days. Yesterday we consulted a doctor. His CBC and urine reports are normal. Malaria and typhoid tests are negative. Platelet count is 1.75 lakhs, SGOT is 65, and SGPT is 70. The doctor prescribed Dolo 650 (three times a day) and Mahacef Plus (twice a day). The fever temporarily decreases after Dolo but rises back to 104F after 4 hours. What could be the reason for the persistent high fever and the increased SGOT and SGPT? What should be done next?
