How to know if I have diabetes? Please explain in detail. I did a urine checkup. Please tell me if I have diabetes. I have sent a photo of my lab report.

I have just received my checkup report and it shows at risk prediabetes. Should I eat sweets or avoid them? I fasted for 16 hours before the checkup. I am experiencing frequent thirst and frequent urination. What should I eat and what should I avoid? Whom should I consult?
