Could you please review my report and let me know if there is any issue on my side that could affect fertility? My wife is not getting pregnant, and her menstrual cycle has been irregular (varies by 5 to 10 days) since our marriage, whereas it was regular before marriage. Please advise on what could be the cause and what steps we should take.

Irregular periods in your wife may signal a hormonal issue, while your side also needs evaluation. You should get a semen analysis to rule out male infertility. She may need a hormone profile and ultrasound to assess cycle irregularities. Best to consult a fertility specialist together.

View allI started my period in 2013. Since then, I have been experiencing irregular periods with gaps of 2 to 3 months. Recently, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD). My blood report shows that my FSH level is 42.82, which my doctor says is quite high. Could you please explain more about this condition?
