Dear Doctor, I have been diagnosed with a UTI and have attached my blood reports. Could you please help me understand what the reports indicate? I would also like to know what steps I should take next. I prefer to avoid medications if possible. Are there any home remedies that could help? Thank you.

If urine report confirms UTI, antibiotics are the mainstay. Home remedies (hydration, cranberry, hygiene) help mild or early infections but not full-blown ones. Avoid delaying treatment as it may worsen.

I have been having fever and headache with burning sensation in the urine for the last two days. I am taking Augmentin 625 mg twice a day, Call 625 mg twice a day, and Syp Cital thrice a day. My wife and I are actively trying for a baby, but every time we have unprotected sex, we end up with infections. Six months ago, we did urinalysis tests. The doctor suggested Cranpac D and Citralka for me, and my wife took Niftas 100 along with several other medications to eliminate bacteria. A few days ago, I started having back pain, and although I did not have typical urinary symptoms, I experienced a burning sensation at the tip of my urine. After a few days, my wife developed painful urination. We both started taking Niftas and Urispas. My wife is feeling better now, but I am experiencing pain in my testicles and pelvic area, like a pulling sensation. The pain is bearable, but I need help to completely get rid of this. I have decided to avoid sexual activity for now, and we both want proper treatment. Please advise on how we can effectively treat this condition.
