Dear Sir, My blood report shows SGPT level of 70, urine is normal, and hemoglobin is 11. What should I do? I am taking the following treatments of Syp Winoliv for liver, Syp Multivitamin, and Syp Iron supplements. Is there a chance of joint pain due to high SGPT?

A mildly raised SGPT normal up to 40 may be due to liver strain from medication, fatty liver, or minor infections. Joint pain is not usually caused directly by high SGPT, but if inflammation is present in the body, it can contribute. Continue liver support medicines and multivitamins. Please avoid alcohol and oily food. Follow up with your doctor if joint pain worsens.

Hello doctor I have been facing digestion issues for the past 2 years. Initially I had grade A esophagitis but now it is cured. My digestion problem is almost 80 percent cured but I have noticed that almost every day I feel vibration and bloating in my stomach especially around 1 30 AM to 3 AM. This does not happen if I am not sleeping. I also have fatty liver. My weight is 68 kg and height is 151 cm. Please review my report and let me know if this is a serious issue or not? Thank you in advance.

I recently had my LFT done, and my test report shows higher than normal values for SGOT (AST) and SGPT (ALT). I would like to know the possible causes and how to bring these levels back to normal.
