Dear sir, my vitamin D level is 12. How can I achieve a normal value? I feel muscle and bone pain. I attached my report here.

Vitamin D is deficient. You need 60,000 IU vitamin D weekly for 6 to 8 weeks after medical advice. Include sunlight and calcium rich foods.

I experience constant muscle weakness and pain in my leg muscles and bones. Is this situation serious? How can I recover from the vitamin D deficiency, and what steps should I take to improve my muscle strength and overall health?
