One day, she was sitting in one position for a long time, and when she moved, it caused a lot of pain. Now, if she sits anywhere for a long time and then gets up, she faces the same problem. She was earlier diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and took medication for a few months but stopped as she continued to feel well. She is slightly overweight. She also had menstrual related issues in the past, such as overbleeding and abdominal pain. I do not know the exact reason behind her leg pain, but she complains that she is unable to walk when it happens. Please help and suggest treatment options. Pain in both legs when standing after sitting may be related to joint stiffness, vitamin D deficiency, or mild arthritis. Since she had prior deficiency, it may have recurred. Imaging and blood tests are needed for clarity.
