About 9 months ago, I was experiencing almost daily body pain, and tests revealed Vitamin D insufficiency. My doctor prescribed medication at that time, which helped significantly. Now, I am in a different state, and the pain is returning. It usually starts in one leg upon waking up and then spreads up that side of the body. What should I do to manage or diagnose this issue?

Body pain returning after previous Vitamin D insufficiency may indicate levels dropping again. Pain on walking, starting in the leg, can be linked to low Vitamin D or posture related issues. Get a Vitamin D test to recheck your levels. Maintain daily sunlight exposure and gentle stretching in the morning. Follow up with your doctor for supplements if levels are low.

We have done an X ray and blood tests, and both came back normal. So far, we have consulted three orthopedic doctors, but she has not found any relief from the pain.
