I have pain in my hands and legs but no swelling. I think it is in my bones. My blood report, sugar, and BP are normal. Pain in my hands and CBP is also normal. What could be the cause?

Bone pain without swelling and normal labs may point toward vitamin D deficiency, early arthritis, or fibromyalgia. Absence of inflammation reduces the chance of autoimmune causes.
