I have pain in my hands and legs but no swelling. I think it is in my bones. My blood report, sugar, and BP are normal. Pain in my hands and CBP is also normal. What could be the cause?

Bone pain without swelling and normal labs may point toward vitamin D deficiency, early arthritis, or fibromyalgia. Absence of inflammation reduces the chance of autoimmune causes. Consider nutritional screening and nerve conduction if symptoms persist. Avoid self diagnosis, clinical evaluation is essential.

My recent blood test shows a Vitamin D level of 12.08 ng/mL, while my serum calcium level is normal at 10 mg/dL. Should I take only a Vitamin D supplement, or a combination of Vitamin D with calcium? Please advise. I have attached my report for reference.

I felt pain on the side of my shin above the ankle after running a week, almost 5 to 7 km daily with 2 days rest in between. I have completed a half marathon twice before, but this time I started running after a break of 4 to 5 months. I rested for 2 weeks and then saw a physiotherapist. He did TENS and laser for 11 days, suggested exercises, and advised trying running again after 2 to 3 days. After approximately 5 weeks of complete rest and 2 weeks of physiotherapy with hot and cold packs, I started running again, but pain appeared even after running 300 meters. My vitamin D is 11.75. What should I do? Should I meet an orthopedist or someone else?
