In a general checkup my fasting blood sugar was 107 and my urine report is normal. Is any treatment required or not?

Fasting sugar of 107 indicates prediabetes. No medication needed yet but lifestyle changes like diet and exercise are essential. Less carbs , sugar are adviced

Recently, I had a diagnostic test done for insurance purposes. I was diagnosed with a fasting blood sugar of 164 and an HbA1c level of 9, and my insurance was rejected stating that I am diabetic. I would like to know more since no doctor opinion was taken?

My water intake is about 2200 ml daily, and my urine output is around 1200 ml. I am experiencing excessive urination on and off, sometimes urinating about 10 times a day. I am sharing this along with my urine report for your review.
