Glucose in my urine test shows present + + + +. What does this mean? I am diabetic for 6 years. The rest of my urine test report is normal. My blood sugar level after breakfast is 248, checked at home. Does this indicate early kidney disease? Please reply.

My test report in March/April showed HbA1C 9.0, and my current report shows HbA1C 4.6.
