He recently had a health checkup. Please advise if any prescription is required. He has diabetes, high uric acid, and high blood pressure, and he is already taking medicines for these. Whenever he scratches his skin, it becomes black. Please tell us the reason for this.

Darkened itchy skin after scratching may indicate chronic eczema or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Diabetes may worsen skin healing. Ensure blood sugars are well controlled. CONSULT DERMATOLOGY

My test report in March/April showed HbA1C 9.0, and my current report shows HbA1C 4.6. I used to take insulin, but since September I have been taking tablets as prescribed: Glyciphage SR 500 twice daily before meals and Voglitor MD 0.3. My current FBS is 92 and PPBS is 128. Kindly let me know what I should do?
