I recently got tested again, and now all other types are negative except O type, which is still showing 1:160. I would like to know the reason behind this. Hi, how can typhoid be treated at the 2nd stage? The Widal test was done, and the titre count is 320. She has been suffering from fever, cough, and cold for the past week. Widal 1:160 O titer suggests possible typhoid, but result alone is not confirmatory. Continue antibiotics as advised.
