Hello Doctor, I tested negative on a 45 day HIV combo antigen and antibody test, and also negative on a 67 day HIV antibody test. Is it still possible for the test to turn positive after 90 days? Please advise.

A combo antigen and antibody test at 45 days and antibody test at 67 days are highly accurate. If both are negative, the risk is nearly ruled out. For full peace of mind, one last test at 90 days is conclusive.
