Hello Doctor, My daughter is 19 months old. She had a viral fever for 3 to 4 days. Since then, she has puffiness around her eyes for the past 5 to 6 days and is passing less urine. The doctor advised a urine routine microscopy (RM) test, and I am attaching the report. Could you please review it and guide me on the next steps? Is everything okay?

Puffy eyes and reduced urine suggest possible kidney involvement post infection. Follow up with your doctor, urine R/M and possibly kidney function tests (KFT) may be advised.

Take a Urine Routine Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test
