Hello doctor. This is my ultrasound report of the neck. Please check if it is normal. What is the treatment for this. Do I need any treatment for this. Is this malignant?

Cannot confirm without reviewing the actual report. But most neck swellings like lymph nodes or thyroid nodules are benign. If suspicious features, FNAC is needed.

View allI was diagnosed with a thyroid problem before my pregnancy. I was on medication throughout that period, taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg. Post-delivery, my blood report showed that my TSH was normal, so I stopped the medicine. Now I checked again, and it shows that my TSH is 6.34. Please advise whether I should continue the same medicine at the same dosage?
