Hello, I am a hepatitis B carrier. My LFT reports are normal, but my HBV DNA quantitative PCR test shows viral DNA at 853 IU/ml. Should this be a concern? I do not consume alcohol or cigarettes. My doctor has advised not to take any medication as long as my LFT reports remain normal. Please guide me on how to proceed. A viral load less than 2000 IU/mL with normal LFTs usually needs monitoring only. No treatment yet, but repeat the test periodically. Please take a repeat HBV DNA Quantitative PCR every 6 months. Take this test to track disease activity.

I took Fluvoximine CR 100, Venlafaxine, Clofranil 25 all thrice a day and Ativan once a day for one month. I abruptly stopped due to numerous severe side effects.
