Hello, I went for a CBC test, and my ESR is slightly increased. The normal range is 20, and mine is 22. Is this a matter of concern? I am attaching my report. Please check and advise.

ESR of 22 is only mildly raised and may reflect minor inflammation or past infection. If CBC and other parameters are normal and you have no symptoms, its not worrisome. No treatment needed.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a ESR Test (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) Test

View allI had COVID a few months ago and tested negative after 14 days. Today, I received my COVID vaccination, as 3 months had passed since recovery. I have been experiencing chest pain in the upper and middle areas, and my doctor said it is likely muscular. He also took a blood sample for a CBC test. I am attaching my report for review. My ESR is 22 mm/hr (normal range 0 to 20). Is this concerning?

For the past three months, I have been experiencing occasional chills, fever, breathing difficulties, and body pain. During this time, I underwent multiple tests, including blood and urine tests, viral markers, HIV, Widal test, urine routine, CS for MP, HGM, ESR, PFT, HCV, thyroid, and malaria screening. All of which came back normal except for my ESR, which was elevated at 28 mm per hr (normal range 15 to 20 mm per hr). I would appreciate your advice on what this elevated ESR might indicate and whether any further tests are necessary. I have attached the test reports for your reference.

There is pain in my body, joint pain, and severe weakness. The weakness is more after sleeping. My ESR is raised, but all other tests are normal. My urine report is abnormal. All other tests like RA, anti CCP, vitamin D, vitamin B12, sugar, and thyroid are normal except ESR and urine.
