Hi all, I recently had a fasting blood sugar test, and the result came back as 95. Can someone explain what this means and provide suggestions?

I recently got my blood sugar test done with fasting and my report showed 99 mg/dl. I performed the same test 8 months ago and it was 84. I am also currently undergoing homeopathy treatment.
