Hi doctor. I have attached my blood report. My MCH came 26.89. When I searched on Google, it said blood disorder. Please suggest what to do and check the entire report. Please advise if I have any problem? I am attaching my report.

A slightly low MCH usually indicates mild anemia, commonly from iron deficiency. It is not necessarily a blood disorder but should be interpreted with other values like Hb and MCV.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Iron Studies Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

My Vitamin B12 is 163, which is below the normal range. I am experiencing tingling, numbness, weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, tiredness, and body pain. I have taken Vitcofol 6, 2 ml injections over the last 10 days. My questions are: Which tests can I do to check iron levels, as I suspect low iron may be causing low hemoglobin? How can I alleviate these symptoms, and how many more B12 injections might I need, considering I am on PPI for GERD, which caused these issues? I may need to continue PPI for a few more months as GERD is almost resolved. I would also like tips to increase my hemoglobin and RBC levels.
