Hi doctor, I have an issue with endometriosis with a chocolate cyst measuring 4.1 by 2.1 cm. Also my follicle has not ruptured. I want to know if I can take Shivlingi Beej and Putra Jeevak Beej and from which day of my period I should start. I am attaching my report.

Shivlingi and Putrajivak are Ayurvedic herbs sometimes used for fertility, but should be taken with guidance. Your treatment should be based on scan and hormone findings. To guide your treatment accurately, please undergo tests such as Follicular Monitoring, AMH, and HSG if you are planning to conceive.

View allMy wife has PCOS. After treatment with IUI, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were done. After this, we tried IUI twice but it was not successful. Her reports are normal. The doctor says that after laparoscopy, pregnancy is possible, but it has not happened yet. During her periods, bleeding is very light, only 1 to 3 drops. We do not have enough money for IVF. Please suggest what we can do?

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past two months. I am 29 years old and have irregular menstrual cycles ranging from 29 to 37 days. I have been using OPK kits to track ovulation and get positive results each month, but I have not conceived yet. My blood reports from last year were normal. Should I start taking prenatal supplements, and would that help improve my chances of conception?

I consulted 7 months ago. The doctor said that both tubes show tubercles and sacculation. After that, I had laparoscopy, PCOD drilling, and dye test. Now the doctor has suggested IUI. But I want a quick result. My question is, can I not get pregnant through regular sexual intercourse? Please tell me exactly what I should do?
