Hi I am 33 years old and planning to conceive my first child. Is it possible to conceive naturally. My report shows polycystic ovaries?

Polycystic ovaries does not always mean PCOS. If your cycles are regular, you may still conceive naturally. If not, medication and lifestyle changes may help. Try doing HIIT exercises at home regularly,

Dr. Kamran Suggests...

Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test or Take a FSH and LH Test Test

I have attached my recent medical report for your reference. I am currently taking Divery 10 mg tablets, prescribed to help induce my periods, and today is the last (5th) day of the course. However, I still have not gotten my period. Along with this, I am experiencing several other symptoms including full body pain, hair fall, mood swings, irritability, lack of focus, weakness, morning dizziness (especially on days I do not exercise), and muscle pain throughout the day.

I am sharing my ultrasound report and would like your advice on which treatment I should consider. The report mentions that my uterus is bulky in size (81x72x56 mm) and anterverted in position, with a central endometrial echo and an endometrial thickness of 9 mm. It shows multiple well defined hypoechoic fibroid lesions, 3 measuring F1 is 39x35x32 mm (right wall intramural, F2 is 19x16x14 mm ( posterior subserosal ), F3 F2 is 24x20x18mm ( anterior subserosal). Cervix is normal. The right ovary measures 27x24x19 mm (volume 6.7 cc) and the left ovary measures 25x22x16 mm (volume 5.81 cc). No free fluid is seen in the pelvis. Please let me know what this report suggests and what treatment options I should consider.
