Hi, I am a breastfeeding mother with a 6 month old baby. I am currently taking 50 mcg of thyroxine, but my TSH level has increased to 9.395. Could you please advise on the appropriate thyroxine dose for me? I weigh 52 kg and am 30 years old. My report is attached.

I am a thyroid patient and also have PCOD, which causes irregular periods. My recent sonogram shows an endometrial thickness of 7.1 mm.
