Soreness could be due to stress in the voice like screaming or cheering, if done. Gargle with glycerine. Hygiene needs to be maintained, keeping the penis and anal area dry. After Urine culture and genital swab microscopy, treatment can be given accordingly.

My father blood test showed a creatinine level of 9 and potassium level of 7.56, so the doctor advised immediate dialysis. He has undergone two dialysis sessions so far, one the day before yesterday and one today. The ultrasound report shows that both kidneys are normal in size and there are no stones. However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy.
