Question
Hi, I got married six months ago and have a thyroid problem. I will attach my report for reference. I weigh 63 kgs and my height is 155 cm. We have been trying to conceive every month. My periods are regular with a cycle of about 25 days, and I usually get my period on the 26th day. However, I have not been able to get pregnant yet. Could there be any problem related to my thyroid or other factors affecting my fertility?

May be hormonal imbalance (PCOS or hypothalamic). Even if tests are normal, repeat hormone panel and pelvic scan are advised.
