Hi. I have 12 to 14 pus cells and 45 to 50 RBC in my urine report. I also have stones in my right kidney measuring 14 mm, 7.5 mm, and 4 mm. What should I do?

These findings suggest urinary tract infection with hematuria due to renal stones. A urologist consultation is advised. Drink plenty of fluids and monitor pain. This mostly needs surgery consultation as you will have to remove the stones surgically because such big stones cannot pass spontaneously through urine. Consider getting a urine routine and culture test and a CT KUB.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been managing it accordingly. However, since November, I have noticed the presence of white bubbles or foam in my urine, especially in the morning. I had annual tests done and am attaching my urine report. I want to know if it is normal. I am having pain in the lower abdomen, so I expected RBCs and casts to be absent, but they are nil. Is this okay?
