Hi, I have been experiencing severe morning lethargy and weakness for the past few months. Getting up in the morning is the toughest part of the day. My hemoglobin and calcium test results are normal. Please advise. Thank you.

Consider Vitamin D, B12, thyroid testing. Sleep issues, stress, or anemia may contribute. Consult a physician to explore underlying causes.

I have had two miscarriages in a row and went through several tests afterward. In my recent report, my TSH level came back as 5.5. We are planning to try for pregnancy again, as it has been 6 months since my last miscarriage. If I start the medicine, will it be unnecessary, or is it okay to take a low dose thyroid medicine?
