Hi, I have received a test report recommended for prostatitis symptoms, with the following observations: Occasional pus cells Occasional Gram positive cocci Culture shows urethral contaminants Could you please help me understand what this implies? Thank you in advance.

This suggests possible prostatitis or urethral colonization. May need antibiotics after full evaluation. Please take a urine culture and semen culture.

View allFor the past 7 to 8 days, I have been experiencing a slight increase in the frequency of urination. It is not severe and does not interfere with my daily routine, but I do feel the urge to pass urine more often than usual. My urine test came back normal Ultrasound showed mild bladder wall thickening (5mm) I have also attached my uroflowmetry report for your review My average daily water intake is around 1 to 2 liters Could you please review the attached reports and advise if there is anything to be concerned about or if any further evaluation or treatment is needed?
