Hi, I have received a test report recommended for prostatitis symptoms, with the following observations: Occasional pus cells Occasional Gram positive cocci Culture shows urethral contaminants Could you please help me understand what this implies? Thank you in advance.

This suggests possible prostatitis or urethral colonization. May need antibiotics after full evaluation. Please take a urine culture and semen culture.

View allI am suffering from urinating problems for the past 4 to 5 months. I need to pass urine 8 to 10 times at night. I pass more urine while sitting than standing. I went to the hospital and my lab reports and USG are normal. The doctor advised me to take Tab. Cystone but it has not cured my problem. Please advise me as I am suffering from a big problem?

The details are as follows: color pale yellow, appearance clear, volume 20 ml, pH 6.0, specific gravity 1.020, sugar nil, protein nil, ketone bodies nil, bile salts nil, bile pigments negative, pus cells 3 to 4, red blood cells 0 to1, epithelial cells 3 to 5, casts nil, crystals nil, others nil.
