Hi, I recently had a blood test for hormones, and the results show that I have low hormone levels, specifically low androstenedione. Could you please suggest what steps or treatments could help?

Low androgens (like androstenedione) can affect energy, mood, and periods/fertility. It may be due to ovarian, adrenal, or pituitary imbalance. If you have PCOS, fatigue, or irregular periods, mention this to your doctor. Lifestyle, stress, and weight changes can also affect hormone levels.

Take a FSH and LH Test Test or Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test

View allAs per my recent report, I have been advised that I have thyronormalcy. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about. I have also noticed that I am gaining fat around my lower belly quite rapidly, and regular workouts do not seem to be helping. I also have a history of ovarian cysts. Do I need to consider any medical treatment, or should I continue with regular exercise and lifestyle changes?

We are based in Hyderabad and got married. Recently, we underwent a full set of fertility tests. My results showed FSH is 10.9, LH is 14.75, Testosterone is 6.89, TSH is 4.86, Estradiol is 67, and my semen analysis showed azoospermia. Based on this, the doctor has advised ICSI treatment. I would like to know if there is still any chance for a natural pregnancy.

Respected Sir/Madam, I have been experiencing a little bit of erection problem. I got a semen analysis done, which shows a sperm count of 39 million and motility of 35 percent, both of which are considered normal. I consulted a doctor with my report, and he suggested I should try IUI. My wife all reports are normal. Kindly advise me on what to do next.
