I took an IPill within 12 hours, but after a week, some brown bleeding occurred which continued for four days. My menstrual cycle is 28 days. I am now three days late for my period and did a home pregnancy test, which was negative. Should I be worried?

Brown bleeding is a common side effect of emergency contraception (i pill). A 3 day delay in periods can be due to hormonal shifts from the pill.
