I am 10 days late for my period. I did a urine pregnancy test, a blood beta hCG test (less than 1.26), and an ultrasound, all came back negative. Could I still be pregnant? I am very worried. Also, my hemoglobin is low at 7 (normal 12 to 15). If my hemoglobin level improves in the future, could that make a pregnancy test turn positive?

Negative urine, blood, USG means not pregnant. Low Hb can delay periods, not test results. Eat iron rich foods, take supplements. Periods may improve as Hb improves. Repeat CBC in 2 to 3 months.

It has been 33 days since my last period, and I am taking medication for thyroid and depression. I have noticed that my breasts have become very soft from the tip of the areola upwards, without any soreness. I am also experiencing tightness and discomfort in the lower abdomen, and my vaginal opening feels sticky, with egg white like discharge instead of menstrual bleeding. I am concerned and would like to know what could be causing these changes and what steps I should take next.

My last month periods were around 23rd and today is 25th. My periods are late. I had sex at the beginning of the month and on 12th July. I just did a pregnancy test, but it is negative. Can someone tell me why my periods are late or should I confirm with a doctor if I am pregnant or not?
