I am 10 days late for my period. I did a urine pregnancy test, a blood beta hCG test (less than 1.26), and an ultrasound, all came back negative. Could I still be pregnant? I am very worried. Also, my hemoglobin is low at 7 (normal 12 to 15). If my hemoglobin level improves in the future, could that make a pregnancy test turn positive?

Negative urine, blood, USG means not pregnant. Low Hb can delay periods, not test results. Eat iron rich foods, take supplements. Periods may improve as Hb improves. Repeat CBC in 2 to 3 months.

Doctor, I had unprotected sex 3 days before my period was supposed to start. He did not finish inside. I had spotting for 4 days but no full period. Date of intercourse: 14th, Period date: 17th, Spotting started: 21st, Little extra blood flow on 24th, Spotting stopped: 25th. Pregnancy test was negative, checked on 27th. Can you please tell me what the issue might be? I have regular periods with medium flow always. I also have a healthy lifestyle. I have been travelling the past week; other than that there are no other issues.

I have skipped my periods this month and I am sexually active. There was a day when I saw some blood and after that there has been no sign, and I have not got my period. I did a urine pregnancy test and it was negative. There was a time when I had unprotected sex but I took a pill immediately the next day. Why is this happening? Is it normal?
