Hi. My niece is suffering from hypothyroidism. It is quite surprising to see her blood test report. Her TSH is 105.540, T3 is 87.34 and T4 is 5.6. Can you please suggest?

Very high TSH indicates severe hypothyroidism despite normal T3/T4. She must see an endocrinologist. Immediate thyroid medication adjustment is needed. Please take thyroid tests again for follow up.
